Membership Terms

Membership benefits become active after payment confirmation and account activation. You will receive a confirmation email once your membership is successfully activated.

QR registry credits and LOA credits reset monthly on the anniversary of your membership enrollment date. Unused credits do not roll over to the following month and have no cash value.

Discounts apply only to eligible authentication services and cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated. Certain services may be excluded from membership discounts.

Membership does not guarantee an item will be deemed authentic. Authentication results may be:

• Authentic
• Not Authentic
• Inconclusive

Memberships are intended for the enrolled customer account and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or assigned to another individual or entity without prior written consent from Second Chance Authenticators.

Customers may cancel their membership at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support. Completed services, used credits, and previously applied discounts are non-refundable.

Second Chance Authenticators reserves the right to modify pricing, benefits, or membership structure at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance via email.
