When Does Processing Begin?

Processing time begins once your item is physically received and logged into intake at our facility.

Time does not begin at checkout.

Transit time is not included in processing estimates.

This is extremely important.

Shipping Is Separate from Processing

Inbound Shipping

Clients are responsible for all shipping costs and insurance when sending items to us.

Return Shipping

Return shipping fees are calculated after authentication and invoiced separately prior to dispatch.

Transit time is not included in turnaround estimates.

Volume & Seasonal Considerations

Processing times are estimates and may vary during periods of high submission volume.

Express processing availability may be limited.

Submission Status Definitions

Submission Initiated

Your certification submission has been recorded following checkout.

Please ship your item according to our Packaging & Shipping Guidelines.

Processing time does not begin until the item is physically received and logged into intake.

Awaiting Arrival

We are awaiting delivery of your item.

Tracking should be completed through your chosen carrier. Processing will begin once the item is received and formally logged.

Received – Intake Logged

Your item has been received and entered into our intake system.

At this stage, the submission is formally acknowledged and queued for structured authentication review.

Processing time begins at intake logging.

In Authentication Review

Your item is undergoing independent authentication evaluation.

Inspection includes structural review, marking verification, material assessment, and documentation under our established standards.

Certification Issued

Authentication review is complete.

Certification documentation has been generated and, where applicable, a registry record has been published.

If grading was selected, the assigned condition grade reflects the item’s state at time of inspection.

Awaiting Return Shipping Payment

Return shipping fees have been calculated.

An invoice has been issued and dispatch will occur once shipping payment is received and confirmed.

Transit time is separate from processing time.

Dispatched

Your item has been shipped back to you.

Tracking information is available in your submission confirmation or shipping notification

Completed

Your submission has been fully processed and closed.

Certification records remain accessible via the registry using the assigned Certification ID.
