1. Scope of Services
Second Chance Authenticator provides authentication services for collectibles, memorabilia, and luxury goods. Our services include pay-per-submission authentication, monthly membership plans, QR registry access, and Letters of Authenticity.
2. Pay-Per-Submission Services
Customers may submit items for authentication on a per-item basis. Payment is required at the time of submission. Authentication results are final and binding.
3. Monthly Memberships
Monthly membership plans provide access to discounted authentication services and priority processing. Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
4. QR Registry & Letters of Authenticity (LOA)
Authenticated items are registered in our QR-based digital registry. Letters of Authenticity are issued upon successful authentication and remain valid indefinitely unless revoked due to fraud or misrepresentation.
5. Shipping & Risk Acknowledgment
Customers are responsible for shipping items to and from our facility. We recommend insured shipping. Second Chance Authenticator is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
6. Refund Policy
Authentication fees are non-refundable once the authentication process has begun. Membership fees may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no services have been utilized.
7. Limitation of Liability
Second Chance Authenticator provides authentication services to the best of our ability. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information about submitted items. Misrepresentation or fraud may result in account termination and legal action.
9. Disputes & Marketplace Use
Authentication results may be used for marketplace listings. However, Second Chance Authenticator is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers regarding authenticated items.
10. Subscription Billing Terms
Subscription memberships are billed monthly on the anniversary of the initial purchase date. Customers may cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

Second Chance Authenticator is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.
