• Provide submission status updates
What We Do Not Do
• We do not buy, sell, broker, or consign eyewear
• We do not provide resale guarantees
• We do not determine market value or investment value
• We do not provide insurance coverage for inbound shipments
• We do not authenticate items without a formal submission
• We do not alter, repair, or modify items
• We do not guarantee detection of every counterfeit technique
Independence & Impartiality
Authentication outcomes are determined solely by inspection findings.
Submission source, seller identity, ownership status, or dealer participation does not influence certification results.
All submissions are evaluated under the same established standards.
Registry Records
Registry entries reflect inspection findings at the time of review.
Certification IDs are permanent and cannot be reassigned.
Registry records do not guarantee future authenticity if the item is altered, modified, or damaged after inspection.
Scope & Limitations
Certification reflects inspection findings based on visible and accessible indicators at the time of review.
We are not responsible for post-certification damage, alteration, or modification.
Liability, if any, is limited to the service fee paid for certification.
This page defines the scope and boundaries of our certification services. Submission of an item constitutes acknowledgment of these standards.
