Packaging, Shipping & Liability
Follow these requirements to ensure your submission remains protected in transit and eligible for certification.
Important: Shipping is paid by the customer both ways — delivery to us and return shipping back to you.
Quick Rules
  • Use a rigid protective case inside a shipping box.
  • Do not ship in padded envelopes or soft mailers.
  • Include your full name, email, and order number inside the box.
  • Use a carrier with tracking and keep your tracking number.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing insurance appropriate to your item’s value.
How to Package Your Eyewear

1. Use a Hard Case

Place eyewear inside a rigid protective case to prevent hinge stress or lens damage.

2. Wrap & Cushion

Wrap the case with bubble wrap and ensure it cannot shift inside the shipping box.

3. Box Only

Ship using a corrugated cardboard box. Do not use soft mailers.

4. Include Order Details

Insert a note with your name, email, order number, and description of the item.

Inbound Damage & Intake Documentation
If a package arrives visibly damaged, we may document the condition at intake. If damage appears related to insufficient packaging, processing may be paused while the condition is reviewed. We are not responsible for packaging failures or carrier handling during inbound transit.
